In August, 2023 JFCS was approved as a new Refugee Resettlement site by the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM). This news enabled us to re-launch the JFCS refugee program after a 29-year hiatus. Read more details about this exciting news here.

Resettlement services are offered at our Santa Ana office. If you are a client seeking services please click here for more information.

We have extensive expertise in resettling refugees who are vulnerable and fleeing violent and dire circumstances. Our resettlement team includes Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian speakers, many of whom were themselves refugees or immigrants.
Resettlement services include comprehensive case management for newcomer families for a minimum of 3-6 months. There are many opportunities for volunteers to partner with us in accomplishing this sacred and life-changing work.
